How soon are orders received?

We focus on delivering on time as soon as possible. Our generous team delivers products promptly, which will take approximately 7 to 21 days or more than international shipping. Sometimes, weather issues can delay delivery; otherwise, there will be no issue with our side.

In this situation, when your product arrives damaged or broken, immediately contact our customer care team. They will kindly address the issue and will make sure to provide you with an exchange or payback, depending on your damage. Can I return a product of art if I don't like it?

You can cancel the order within 24 hours; your order will go into processing after this hour. It cannot be canceled.

Will the color of the artwork look the same as it appears on my screen?

Due to screen calibration and lightning, sometimes, artwork colors may vary and don't appear differently. Our artist mostly gives complete information about color accuracy and allows exchange and return through our policy to satisfy our clients.
